Goldcliff Lagoons

Main Sighting: Spotted Redshank
All the usual actors present at high tide Sunday evening. Juv Peregrine causing some disturbance. Amongst good numbers of the usual waders there were two Sanderling, three Ruff (1m, 2f), three Spotted Redshank (one in SP) and at least one Little Ringed Plover. Flocks were too mobile (because of the peregrine) to even consider counting Ringed Plover, Dunlin, Redshank, Greenshank and Black-tailed Godwit. Wood Sandpiper not seen, but did not visit all hides.
