Also, Blaenserchan valley 25/4: 2 Cuckoos, 3 Wheatears, 4 Redstarts, 2 Garden Warblers, 3 Stonechats, several Tree Pipits, Green Hairstreak Butterfly.

Main sighting: Ringed Plover
The major works being undertaken is still keeping the water level on the bottom reservoir down but it does mean that there is an exposed ‘beach’. This had a Ringed Plover and a Common Sandpiper on it. Also a single Sand Martin seen.
