The Gwent Ornithological Society, founded in 1961, has grown to become one of the most active county bird clubs in Wales. We are proud to have such a dedicated membership and would love to see our Society continue to grow with members all across the county. As a GOS member you will be supporting a Society which works for the protection of birds and their habitats in Gwent. We organise indoor meetings, field trips and outings, and publish regular newsletters, an informative Annual Report and a popular website!
