Gwent Ornithological Society is holding a Bird Photography Exhibition at The Riverfront in Newport during the month of April this year.
We are looking for at least 50 photographs of birds that have been taken in Gwent . Full details are attached so please have a look through your archives and email to photoexh@gwentbirds.org.uk
Entries must be submitted by midnight on 8th March 2024 but please try to submit your photographs as soon as possible.
We would suggest that you send your five birds in a selection of habitats so that we have as wide a coverage as possible. In addition to the five you can also send up to three rarities.
Please note that that GOS will not only arrange for the printing to be done, but will also bear the cost so there is no cost to you.
We’re really looking forward to seeing your pictures and encourage as many members as possible to submit their photographs.
