Late afternoon Great white egret flying north east over sudbrook saltmarsh. Mid afternoon Nedern valley pair of golden eye, 1 pintail, 10+ tufted duck. 5+ gadwall. Lots of Mallard, wigeon and teal.

A Smew, first reported yesterday, was present this afternoon. Very flighty.
