There will be some disturbance on Tuesday afternoon at Goldcliff Lagoons when we check water levels and salinities. This will be between approx between 1pm and 2pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Main sighting: Curlews

Nice high tide wader roost on big tide this morning. 280 Oystercatchers, 25 Lapwings, 18 Ringed Plovers, 5 Grey Plovers, 7 Dunlin, 4 Bar-tailed Godwits, 160 Curlews (two colour rings read) 1 Turnstone. Water at Goldcliff Lagoons too deep for Curlews.

Merlin hunting over Becs Jay 44 (flock of 42) Wheatear 1 Greenshank 1 Lapwing 124, good numbers of Teal and Shoveler, Gadwall 27. The bales are being collected.
